Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Settlement Manager to own the show’s financial lifecycle, including revenue and expenses, contracts, and status reviews.

The role requires collaboration with Artist, Venue, and Promoter teams to finalize payments and ensure accurate documentation. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in live event settlement are expected, with strong Excel/Adobe skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ live event settlement or contract review experience.
• Strong Excel, Word and Adobe skills; ability to read and interpret ticket audits.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; capacity to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site show settlements for high-volume tours and venues.
• Compile show expenses from production, vendors, and venue teams; work with accounting to close shows.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with Artist, Venue, and Promoter teams.
• Travel regionally as needed.
