Job summary

Epsilon Industries is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to accurately receive, inspect, store, and move materials at our Alabama site. You will also prepare shipments, document transactions, and support inventory control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires forklift experience and basic computer skills; candidates should be able to work on-site with a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and inventory records.
• Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift or equipment certifications.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, document, and store incoming materials.
• Prepare materials for shipment and verify against orders and packing lists.
• Package, label, and secure shipments; maintain shipping documents.
• Move and track materials using forklifts and other equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory and support cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE; communicate issues promptly.
