• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process Compliance: shipping procedures, confidentiality, AS9100 compliance.
• Coordinate communications between internal/external customers and staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Prioritize tasks to meet shipment targets and manage multiple deadlines.
• Identify and implement process improvements in shipping and invoicing.
