• Strong knowledge with Windows-based operating systems and software.

Responsibilities

• On-site customer service, including assisting mechanics with issues that may arise at the customer level.
• Making changes in the AutoCrib system as suggested by frequency reports or by customer request.
• Maintaining daily and weekly reports.
• Maintenance and repair of AutoCrib machines.
• Inventory management.
• Other duties as assigned.
