Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certs required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Experience with hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and perform routine upkeep.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units, schedule vendors, and inspect work.
• Track materials, inventory, and documentation for service requests.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting where needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and participate in safety trainings.
