Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to maintain interior and exterior property areas, respond to resident work orders, and support safety and preventive maintenance efforts. You will work closely with the Maintenance team to ensure facilities meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards across grounds and amenities.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with tools and equipment, a high school diploma or GED, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification required or preferred.
• Current valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with property management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacancy units for leasing.
• Inspect and maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Document work and maintain accurate records in systems.
• Assist in safety meetings and adhere to OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise quality of work when needed.
