Qualifications

• Experience in service operations or field service management within construction, home improvement, or a related trade.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, including scheduling, task prioritization, and workflow management.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on clear, professional interaction with clients and team members.
• Basic technical understanding of windows, doors, and installation or repair processes, or willingness to learn these systems.
• Ability to lead and support service technicians, provide direction, and foster a safe, respectful work environment.
• Proficiency with standard office software and service management tools for creating, tracking, and documenting work orders.
• Problem-solving skills and sound judgment in handling field issues, scheduling conflicts, and customer concerns.
• High level of reliability and integrity, with attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or trade training is beneficial.
• Experience in a family-owned or small business environment and familiarity with Northeast Florida markets is a plus.
