Job summary

Bee Window in Fishers, IN seeks a Service Coordinator to handle service requests, warranty questions, and post-install concerns. You’ll manage CRM entries, coordinate with production and scheduling, and ensure homeowners are satisfied through the final call and review requests.

The role reports to the VP of Operations and requires on-site work five days a week, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a salary of $45,000 to $60,000 per year and benefits including medical and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service in a service oriented environment.
• Experience using CRM systems (MarketSharp, HubSpot or RingCentral a plus).
• Clear and professional on the phone with upset customers.
• Strong organization and attention to detail to keep records accurate.
• Ability to explain timing and next steps to homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails to field service requests and warranty questions.
• Enter and update customer, job, and service information in the CRM daily.
• Close out completed installations with the homeowner and collect feedback.
• Coordinate service scheduling with production and scheduling teams.
• Communicate status, timing, and next steps with customers and staff.
• Document and escalate service concerns to ensure timely resolution.
• Handle frustrated homeowners professionally to protect the relationship.
• Support ongoing service requests and maintain accurate notes.
