Headquartered in Indianapolis, the company has grown into a metrics driven, full service operation known for white glove installation and a relentless commitment to quality. Bee Window has successfully expanded into ancillary markets and continues to grow sustainably, with strong lead generation and marketing at the core of how they win business. Role Overview

The Field Operations Manager owns day to day installation execution at Bee Window, covering windows, doors, bath systems, and siding, from job ready handoff through final walkthrough. This role reports directly to the VP of Operations and is the field's main link between the office, including sales, operations, and the warehouse, and the crews on site. The Field Operations Manager deploys in house crews and subcontractors across concurrent job sites, inspects work in progress and at completion, resolves scheduling and material issues before they cost a day, and tracks the field metrics leadership uses to run the business.

Responsibilities

  • Sequence multi trade jobs, such as bath conversions requiring plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, to eliminate downtime between trades.
  • Perform in progress and final quality inspections on windows, entry and patio doors, bath systems, and siding to verify adherence to manufacturer installation guidelines and company quality standards.
  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes, permit requirements, and manufacturer warranty conditions.
  • Identify and document installation defects, callbacks, and rework needs, and drive each one to timely resolution.
  • Maintain job site safety standards, including OSHA compliance, proper use of PPE, ladder and scaffold safety, and safe material handling.

  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel between job sites daily within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to visit active installation sites in varying weather conditions, climb ladders, access rooftops and upper floors, and inspect installations at height.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including materials, tools, and product samples, as needed.
Logistics
