Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Test Engineer to lead development, integration, and continuous improvement of next-generation compute platforms, including AI/ML, GPGPU, server, networking, and storage systems. You will drive product quality, system performance, and operational excellence through automation and leadership.

In this role you will manage test procedures and systems, mentor engineers, and support NPI readiness and production ramp, leveraging Linux, Python/Bash, and data analytics in Excel/Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in test engineering, failure analysis, or hardware validation in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with server, networking, and storage systems; Linux environments and scripting (Python, Bash).

Responsibilities

• Lead test engineering activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Perform failure analysis and root-cause investigations across hardware and software domains.
• Troubleshoot complex server, networking, storage, and accelerator-based systems.
