Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Test Engineer to lead testing for next-generation compute platforms, including AI/ML and GPGPU, in a high-volume manufacturing setting. You will drive quality, performance, and automation while mentoring a team of test engineers and technicians.

The role requires strong Linux, scripting (Python/Bash), and data analysis skills, with hands-on work on server, network, and storage systems and active participation in NPI and production ramp activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS or related field.
• 5+ years in test engineering, failure analysis, or hardware validation in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with server, networking, and storage systems, Linux environments and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Experience with high-volume production and NPI support; presenting technical data and leading cross-functional discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead test engineering activities for advanced compute platforms in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations across hardware and software domains.
• Troubleshoot server, networking, storage, and accelerator-based systems.
• Support AI/ML, GPU, and high-performance compute platforms through integration and production.
• Develop and deploy automation using Python and Bash scripting.
• Analyze manufacturing and system data using Excel and Power BI.
• Support New Product Introduction readiness and production ramp.
