Job summary

Jabil Florence, KY, is seeking a Test Engineer to lead test engineering for next-generation compute platforms including AI/ML, GPGPU, and server systems. This on-site role focuses on automation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration on high-volume production lines.

You will work on failure analysis, data-driven improvements, and NPI readiness while mentoring technicians and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure product quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in test engineering, failure analysis, or hardware validation in manufacturing.
• Experience with server, networking, and storage systems; Linux environments and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test procedures, systems, hardware, and software for advanced compute platforms.
• Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations across hardware and software domains.
• Troubleshoot complex server, networking, storage, and accelerator-based systems.
• Support AI/ML, GPU, and high-performance compute platforms through integration and production.
• Interpret test logs, JSON outputs, and system data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Develop and deploy automation using Python and Bash scripting.
• Analyze manufacturing and system data using Excel and Power BI.
• Support NPI readiness and production ramp.
