Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in test engineering, hardware validation, or failure analysis in manufacturing.
• Experience with server, networking, and storage systems; Linux and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Experience supporting high-volume production and NPI; ability to present technical data and lead cross-functional discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test procedures, systems, hardware, and software for advanced compute platforms.
• Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations across hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot server, networking, storage, and accelerator-based systems; support AI/ML and high-performance compute platforms.
• Interpret test logs and data to identify trends and drive improvements; develop automation using Python and Bash.
• Analyze manufacturing and system data with Excel and Power BI; support NPI readiness and production ramp.
