Responsibilities

• Respond to Tier 1–3 support requests and provide effective end-user assistance.
• Configure and deploy Linux Red Hat and Windows servers.
• Maintain documentation and inventory records.
• Monitor resources and respond to system anomalies.
• Coordinate with teams for cybersecurity and threat mitigation.
• Perform daily backups and patch OS/tools.
• Create and delete user accounts as requested.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software failures.
• Upgrade and configure services and GIS-related applications.
