Senior Systems Administrator – Onsite for initial few weeks

Job Description:

Our direct client is seeking an experienced, full-time, dedicated candidate with skills and expertise as outlined below.

Responsibilities:

The Systems Administrator will serve as a technical resource on enterprise content management, collaboration, and off-the-shelf systems software products. Responsibilities include software management, business analysis, research, problem-solving, and system administration. The role involves working within a large, complex computing environment with various operating system vendors, hardware devices, and a diverse user base. The position requires handling applications with critical regulatory requirements and deadlines, impacting operations across multiple agencies and partners. The candidate will assist IT staff with troubleshooting major system crashes, provide technical expertise for system development and modifications, and make technical recommendations for management decisions. Additionally, project planning and scheduling are part of the responsibilities.
