Job summary

Charles Hall Construction, LLC in Chicago seeks an experienced Senior Project Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily and senior living projects across the Chicagoland area. This on-site, full-time role requires hands-on leadership to deliver safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will coordinate subs, manage schedules with Procore, enforce safety, mentor field staff, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Several years of progressive field leadership experience.
• Experience leading ground-up commercial projects.
• Ground-up multifamily residential or senior living construction experience is highly preferred.
• Procore for construction management, project documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all daily jobsite operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, inspections, and field personnel.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules and short-term look-ahead plans.
• Monitor construction progress and address schedule or coordination challenges.
• Ensure work complies with plans, building codes, and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized jobsite and enforce safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and identify quality concerns before they affect progress.
• Provide clear updates to project stakeholders.
