Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering.
• 5 years of engineering experience in heavy civil construction.
• On-site project management experience.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and manage on-site construction engineering daily activities and schedules and communicates with subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly Owner pay estimates, reviews subcontractor pay requests after updating the Project CPM schedule.
• Prepare and updates job budgets, change orders and cost reports for Project Director's/Manager's review and approval.
• Prepare and leads weekly staff and regular review meetings.
• Manages project document control procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
