Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Java and application development using modern software engineering practices.
• Experience developing scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications in distributed or cloud-based environments.
• Experience applying Problem Solving and Technical Troubleshooting to identify and remediate software defects, technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and reliability risks.
• Experience with SDLC practices, including automated testing, source control, CI/CD, observability, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience using AI-enabled development tools or automated code analysis to improve software quality and developer productivity.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams while adapting to changing technical and business priorities.
