Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years with Java, Spring, cloud development and REST/SOAP services for high-volume apps.
• 2+ years ETL, data pipelines or messaging frameworks.
• 1+ years Spring batch and pub/sub in Java.
• 1+ years CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Bitbucket/Git) or similar.
• 1+ years cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or PCF).
• 1+ years distributed databases (PostgreSQL, Aerospike, Yugabyte).
• 1+ years IT transformation or modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evolve scalable tech solutions for high-volume, highly available environments.
• Translate complex requirements into architecture and applications in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end development from proof-of-concepts to production-ready solutions.
• Improve automated testing, deployment pipelines, and system reliability.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge to elevate team capabilities.
