Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on .NET development experience and ability to apply modern software development practices for maintainable solutions.
- Experience building scalable, reliable software in distributed or cloud-based environments.
- Demonstrated problem solving to identify and resolve defects, debt, performance bottlenecks, and reliability risks.
- Knowledge of DevOps, automated testing, source control, observability, and SDLC practices.
- Ability to apply Generative AI or other AI-enabled development tools to improve software quality.
- Experience applying Generative AI through AI-assisted development tools or workflows.
- Practical understanding of AI/LLM tech strengths and limitations in software development.
- Ability to deliver non-functional and business-driven enhancements with Agile collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver software solutions across the application portfolio to improve quality, resilience, and performance.
- Collaborate with developers, tech leads, and architects to implement engineering standards and modernization initiatives.
- Apply AI-assisted development, automated code analysis, and delivery automation thoughtfully.
- Identify and address defects, technical debt, and reliability risks to improve outcomes.
