Job summary

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent instrument work experience.
Experience with calibration, repair, and installation of process instruments.
Familiarity with cGMP and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced calibrations of process instruments and maintain spare parts inventory.
Ensure calibration paperwork and instrument files are complete and accurate.
Develop and maintain training programs for the team on plant instrumentation.
Design, install, configure and start up instruments and controllers for process control.
Update loop sheets, P&ID diagrams, and electrical schematics; perform PLC/DCS/MMI troubleshooting.
