Qualifikationen

• Associate degree with four years exposure in GMP-regulated industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in calibrations, repairs, and troubleshooting of chlorination equipment.

Aufgaben

• Perform advanced calibrations of instruments on process and utility equipment.
• Maintain an up-to-date spare parts inventory system for the equipment/systems.
• Ensure that calibration paperwork, instrument files and work order documentation is completed with accurate information.
• Evaluate the current calibration cycles and make appropriate changes to optimize the calibration program.
• Develop and maintain a detailed training program for the team in order to develop team's knowledge in all areas of the plant.
• Develop, revise, and review SOPs for related areas.
• Design, install, configure, and start-up multiple instruments and microprocessor based controllers used for process control.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software problems for computer based process control systems.
• Maintain an up-to-date cGMP training book. Maintain, interpret, and update loop sheets, electrical schematics, P&ID's, I/O wiring, and panel drawings.
• Complete PLC, DCS, BMS, and MMI programming and advanced troubleshooting.
• Start-up of new equipment to ensure it meets all instrumentation design specifications.
• Assist with the development and lead in the execution of validation documents for instrumentation equipment.
