Job summary

Jabil is starting a new manufacturing facility in Prince George, VA, and seeks a Financial Analyst to join the startup team. You will build the operations and financial reporting framework, analyze cost drivers, and support forecasting and budgeting to drive strategic decisions.

The role collaborates with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Corporate Finance to ensure accuracy, SOX compliance, and strong internal controls across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3-5+ years of progressive financial analysis, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or operations-focused environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present complex financial reports for senior and executive leadership.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis, including PPV, labor, overhead, and manufacturing cost reviews.
• Perform weekly KPI/indicator reviews and provide insights on site performance trends.
• Lead Actual vs. Forecast variance analyses and communicate root causes and action plans.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles, including site-level revenue, margin, and cost projections.
• Support annual budgeting for two St. Petersburg sites, incorporating operational inputs and financial modeling.
