Job summary

EOS Defense Systems USA, Inc. is seeking an on-site Facility Security Officer (FSO) in Huntsville to implement and oversee industrial security in a cleared environment. You will manage FOCI mitigation, personnel clearances, and security policies while coordinating with DCSA and government stakeholders.

The role requires active clearance and DoD security experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to guide a security staff and ensure compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required or in process.
• Experience in DoD or defense industry security roles.
• Prior FSO experience with FOCI in a cleared environment.
• Solid knowledge of NISPOM and related security policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the facility's industrial security program under NISPOM guidelines.
• Prepare and submit the FOCI Affiliated Operations Plan to DCSA.
• Liaise with Government Security Committee and senior leadership.
• Maintain documentation for foreign ownership and DSCA compliance.
• Administer personnel clearances via DISS and NBIS.
• Coordinate with DCSA for security activities.
• Manage employee badges and visitor access.
• Maintain DD254s, SF312s and other classified docs.
