Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Facility Security Officer for Huntsville, AL and offsite locations. The role oversees the industrial security program, ensuring compliance with NISPOM, 32 CFR Part 117, and DD Form 254 guidance, interfacing with government staff to secure contracts and facilities.

You will lead security operations, drive risk mitigation, and implement procedures with the Anduril FSO team to expand the classified footprint while maintaining rigorous security standards nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FSO experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4 years) required.
• Must complete DISS/NISS training.
• Must hold Facility Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification.
• Current or able to obtain Industrial Security Professional (ISP) Certification.
• Must hold a current, final U.S. TOP SECRET security clearance.
• Strong understanding of Physical Security requirements including Open Storage Areas.
• Understanding of DISS, e‑QIP, NISS, and ISFD.
• Experience creating and conducting initial security briefings and foreign travel briefings.
• Experience working with government customers and program managers.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day security programs in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 and related guidance at Huntsville/off-site locations.
• Provide guidance to employees and suggest policy changes.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Classified IT, Insider Threat, and other stakeholders.
• Act as security point person for Open Storage Area buildout from proposal through accreditation.
• Maintain and update security systems and location-specific entries (NISS).
• Collaborate with Huntsville security personnel and mentor future staff.
• Coordinate Security Vulnerability Assessments and self-inspections; prepare reports.
