Job summary

Helsing, an AI-focused company, is hiring an experienced Facility Security Officer to lead security operations at our brand-new manufacturing facility in West Virginia. The role blends corporate-level personnel security and NISPOM compliance with hands-on physical security on the plant floor.

You will manage the end-to-end clearance process (eAPP/DISS), maintain cleared records, briefings and reinvestigations, and act as the primary liaison with DCSA and other federal security offices.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117) and liaising with DCSA.
• Experience managing clearance processes (eAPP/DISS) and records.
• Strong knowledge of security operations at manufacturing facilities.

We are seeking an experienced Facility Security Officer (FSO) to spearhead security operations at our brand-new manufacturing facility in West Virginia,and to help write the next chapter of our company's growth story.

The day-to-day

Personnel Security & NISPOM Compliance (Corporate Support)

• Ensure adherence to the NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117) and serve as the primary liaison with DCSA field offices, government security representatives, and other federal agencies.

• Manage the end-to-end clearance process (eAPP/DISS) and maintain cleared employee records, briefings, debriefings, and periodic reinvestigations.
