Job summary

Bare Home, a fast-growing Minnesota-based home goods company, seeks a Demand & Inventory Planning Manager to own SKU-level forecasting and inventory optimization across channels. The role is 100% on-site at our Forest Lake/Columbus headquarters and partners with buying, logistics, and marketplace teams to ensure inventory is positioned correctly and costs are optimized.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in planning, strong Excel and analytical skills, and experience with Slimstock or similar ERP

Qualifications

3–5 years in demand planning, inventory planning, replenishment, or supply chain analysis.
Hands-on experience building forecasts and owning forecast accuracy.
Excel skills including Power Query and data modeling.
Experience with Slimstock or similar systems (NetSuite/ERP integrations) is preferred.
Experience with home goods, textiles, or consumer products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts using historical data, seasonality, and marketplace trends.
Track forecast accuracy (MAPE, bias) and adjust models to improve performance.
Develop demand scenarios for new products, promotions, and seasonal builds.
Translate sales plans into usable demand inputs for purchasing and production.
Drive replenishment recommendations balancing stock-out risk and costs.
Monitor fill rates, inventory turns, and aging inventory to optimize stock.
Work with buying, logistics, and marketplace teams to align inventory plans.
