Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a seasoned CSA Delivery Manager to own the execution, schedule, and quality across large-scale data center projects. You will lead discipline delivery, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, ensure safety and compliance, and drive on-site collaboration at the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent practical owner-side field leadership.
• 12+ years of construction management with heavy civil earthwork, deep foundations, steel, or large-scale building envelopes.
• Proven CSA delivery leadership on mission-critical or heavy industrial projects.
• Advanced proficiency auditing structural plans and interpreting heavy industrial contracts.
• Experience leading direct reports on complex site scopes.
• Advanced Procore, MS Office, and scheduling software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own CSA Execution: hold GC and CSA partners accountable for civil, structural, and architectural phases.
• Milestone protection: manage CSA critical path, schedule, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate CSA sequencing with Sr CM (MEP) and project team.
• Lead CSA progress evaluations, owner inspections, and milestone sign-offs.
• Audit CSA installations for compliance with Fleet design documents and quality benchmarks.
• Review CSA submittals, RFIs, and field changes via Procore.
• Forecast CSA budget and cash flow within campus budget; supervise CSA team.
• Drive safety and mitigate site risks in fast-paced environments.
