This full-time, on-site role reports to the Director of Finance & Accounting and oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury, internal controls, and multi-entity management.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on CPA with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting, GAAP expertise, and ERP experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA license required.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience.
• 2+ years public accounting experience.
• Experience leading accounting teams.
• Multi-entity accounting experience; agribusiness preferred.
• GAAP knowledge and audit processes.
• Advanced Excel and MS 365.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day accounting across three entities.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Review complex transactions and cross-entity journal entries.
• Maintain GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Coordinate audits with external CPA firms.
• Prepare tax workpapers for external returns.
• Manage banking and cash management activities.
• Monitor AR aging and collections.
• Lead and develop accounting staff (4 direct reports, 8 indirect).
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting/forecasting.
• Support special projects and other duties.
