Job summary

You will balance hands-on finance work with strategic leadership, drive process improvements, and guide ERP-related initiatives and intercompany reporting to ensure accurate, timely financial results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, financial management, or a related field.
• Experience in a Finance Manager, Controller, or comparable financial leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations and performance across multiple business entities.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Monitor financial performance, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Establish and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage cash flow across multiple entities and optimize working capital.
• Coordinate cash management activities across affiliated entities.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and management reports.
