Job summary

The Village at Gainesville is seeking caring individuals to join our on-site home care team within a beautiful campus setting. With over 600 residents, you’ll provide high-quality support and companionship in a single location, helping seniors live comfortably and safely.

PRN shifts are available, three per month, and we offer training, a supportive team, competitive pay and benefits, and opportunities for growth within our award-winning community.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required – we provide training!
• A compassionate and patient attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass background checks and meet health requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and well-being
• Follow personalized care plans to ensure the highest level of comfort and safety
