Job summary

Senior Helpers of Gainesville is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our locally owned team serving Gainesville and surrounding counties. You’ll provide ADL assistance, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship, while enjoying a supportive, growth‑minded workplace.

We offer flexible schedules, weekend/holiday pay, group health options after 30 days, and opportunities for advancement as we grow. Active CNA or HHA credentials, CPR, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license, HHA certificate, or proven personal care experience.
• Active CPR certification (in-person course).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including showering, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
