Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to manage daily security operations on a client site in a full-time Monday–Friday 0600–1400 shift. You will supervise officers, coordinate with the client, and ensure posts and reports are completed.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and experience in security or law enforcement. You will coach staff, handle scheduling, and participate in training while maintaining compliance with site policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related experience, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client site; ensure post orders and rounds are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and outcomes.
• Train officers; review assignments and post orders.
• Assist payroll and personnel data submissions.
• Ensure adequate post coverage and timely reporting.
• Meet with client reps to confirm security requirements.
• Perform hiring, orientation, training, and performance reviews as needed.
• May perform Security Officer duties per post orders.
