Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor for a Buffalo, NY client site. The role covers operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services, with a focus on ensuring security functions run diligently and according to contract requirements.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance, coordinate payroll and incident reports, and advise on personnel actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset level as designated.
