Nation Security is seeking a Site Supervisor in Los Angeles to lead on-site security operations. You will be the primary client contact and direct supervisor of security personnel, ensuring safety, professionalism, and integrity.

You will supervise officers, enforce SOPs, investigate incidents, and maintain compliance. English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus, and a valid Florida license set is noted in the posting. This role offers 24/7 scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in security or law enforcement.
• Active Florida Class D and Class G licenses in hand.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with spotless driving history.
• Proficiency in English (written and oral); Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient with smartphones and security reporting tools.
• Flexible schedule including afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays for 24/7 operations.
• High School diploma or GED; additional security/law enforcement training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate on-site security officers to ensure peak performance and adherence to standards.
• Enforce SOPs and maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Investigate on-site incidents and complete mandatory reports and logs.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for clients and staff.
• Complete security-related projects and assignments on schedule and to standards.
• Act as liaison between staff, dispatch, and the public with clear directions.
