Day & Zimmermann seeks an experienced On-Site Program Manager to oversee DOE contract performance at multiple facilities near the Washington, DC area. The role requires security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and on-site presence to coordinate daily with government personnel and facility commanders.

You will drive security analysis, budget adherence, and reporting oversight while leading the protective force in line with DOE orders and directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and at least 10 years in security/government environments.
• Seven+ years managing security contracts or operations with 200+ personnel across multiple locations.
• Current Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with U.S. government personnel and facility commanders.
• Lead security operations with oversight of budget, PWS compliance, and reporting.
• Train, supervise, and manage protective forces per DOE directives and standards.
• Oversee staffing and leadership to ensure safe operations and performance.
