Job summary

Comstock Companies seeks a Security Officer for ParkX Management to ensure the facility is safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and guests. You will patrol, manage access, enforce rules, and coordinate with management during events to maintain security and order throughout the property.

Ideal candidates hold a Virginia-licensed security officer certification, a high school diploma, and at least one year of customer-service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Must be certified security officer by the state of Virginia.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-service related field.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Complete hourly patrol of the property using the security system.
• Control access for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforce safety and report concerns to management.
• Assist with events and manage plaza traffic as needed.
