Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, electrical technology, or related field.
• Working knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and low-voltage systems.
• Ability to follow diagrams and power requirements for security devices.
• Coordinate security scope with electrical, IT, and structural trades with precision.
• Understand confidentiality expectations on a secure facility.
• Proficient in submittals, RFIs, and shop drawing coordination with turnaround discipline.
• Detail-oriented and organized, keeping logs current in a busy project.

Responsibilities

• Supports electronic security and low-voltage package, including access control and CCTV.
• Reviews device layouts against electrical drawings and panel schedules for power provisions.
• Coordinates conduit, pathway, and rough-in with trades before concrete is poured.
• Manages submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings with strong turnaround discipline.
• Tracks device counts, head-end equipment, and long lead components to schedule.
• Coordinates system architecture, credentialing, and commissioning with owner/integrator.
• Supports startup, testing, and commissioning documentation for security systems.
• Maintains document control with current drawings and revisions.
