Qualifications

• Active Indiana X-ray License required.
• CPR for Healthcare Providers required.
• 1 year dental assistant experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portable equipment and supplies and care for the company van.
• Assist the dentist in portable operatory setup inside schools.
• Load/unload and setup dental operatory inside school.
• Perform various administrative duties.
