Job summary

SkyChefs is seeking a Supervisor Sanitation in Minneapolis to lead the sanitation program, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and manage sanitation staff. The candidate will oversee daily sanitation activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure records and training meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent knowledge required.
• ServSafe certification.
• 1–3 years conducting sanitation in food-related field.
• Experience developing Cleaning Schedules, MSS, and SSOPs in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct the Sanitation program to meet food safety standards.
• Inspect and optimize sanitation processes and protocols.
• Coordinate Cleaning Schedules and Master Sanitation Schedules (MSS).
• Monitor sanitation effectiveness through daily facility inspections.
