LSG Sky Chefs is seeking a meticulous Food Quality Safety Assurance Coordinator in Minneapolis to support and maintain food safety programs. You will monitor production processes, conduct inspections, and drive improvements to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or higher with 1–3 years in food safety or QA, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs in a fast-paced production environment.

• Must have High School Diploma or higher.

Responsabilidades

• 80% of time: employee-facing role influencing QA standards.
• Monitor GMPs for compliance across production areas.
• Verify cooler and freezer temperatures for compliance.
• Perform environmental swabs and microbiological sampling; submit to lab for analysis.
• Assist Quality Manager with training and daily initiatives addressing quality, safety and sanitation.
• Conduct work station inspections for HACCP, sanitizer, temperatures and documentation.
• Create charts and trending reports; maintain records for USDA/FDA compliance.
• Train hourly employees as needed.
