Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Sample Management Technician to support GMP sample operations across multi-site labs. You will track, document, and coordinate samples to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely testing.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, based in Andover, MA, with overtime as needed. Eligible candidates will have the required education and strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 0 years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track GMP samples within virtual systems across multiple laboratories and stakeholders.
• Verify and confirm sample delivery and placement across designated storage locations and freezers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with established procedures and GMP standards.
• Utilize computerized systems and databases to enter, track, and manage sample data.
• Generate and maintain documentation using tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Follow SOPs independently while ensuring all activities are properly recorded.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, including peers and senior scientists, in a cross-functional environment.
