Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking an entry-level QC Sample Management role to support lab operations in a regulated environment. You will verify sample submissions, receive, label, store, and deliver samples to QC labs, and perform routine monitoring.

This full-time position on 1st shift (Wed-Sat 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) offers a base pay of $22.50–$23.50/hr with a $50 weekend differential. You will gain exposure to regulatory standards and build documentation skills alongside

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline)
• Exposure to or interest in working in a cGMP-regulated environment
• Ability to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Verify and review sample submissions to ensure they meet Quality Control requirements
• Receive, label, organize, and properly store samples according to established procedures
• Deliver samples to Quality Control laboratories for testing in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform routine temperature, environmental, and/or CO₂ monitoring and document results
• Support compliance with regulatory and quality standards (cGMP, SOPs, safety guidelines)
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external customers as needed
