Guardian Roofing, Gutters & Insulation in Auburn, WA is seeking a Schedule Coordinator to join our CSR team. The role handles high-volume calls, schedules for the sales team, and coordinates with the estimation department. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential for success.

The on-site position offers a Monday–Friday shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with a base pay of $26–$30 per hour and a potential monthly bonus, along with benefits and growth opportunities within a fast-growing company.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of phone-based customer service experience.
• 1+ year scheduling in roofing/plumbing/HVAC or similar industry.
• Experience handling high-volume inbound/outbound calls.
• Experience with a CRM program.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and convert high volume calls to sales opportunities.
• Respond to web-based leads and convert to appointments.
• Manage a complex calendar and multiple appointment types.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly department goal activity.
• Coordinate with estimation department for openings and reschedules.
• Use Guardian sales training to maximize appointment close rates.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams about status and processes.
• Work with Service Titan to coordinate account activities.
