Responsibilities

• Reinforce NexGen safety compliance on the project site.
• Maintain safety records and documentation.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and site orientation.
• Coordinate safety meetings and provide training.
• Support Site Manager with non-compliance issues.
• Investigate incidents and complete reports.
