Vireon LLC seeks a Safety Professional for a contract, on-site role in Alma, MI. You will conduct routine safety inspections, assist with site-specific programs, and monitor regulatory compliance.

The role includes delivering OSHA/HazWoper-related training, maintaining robust safety documentation, and investigating incidents to drive root-cause actions. You will engage with workers at all levels to promote safe behaviors, collaborate with supervisors, and support continuous safety improvements

Formación

• Experience in Health & Safety and Occupational Health with regulatory application.
• Strong EHS background including risk assessment and control measures.
• Proficiency in Safety Training with instructor-led sessions.
• Experience in Accident Investigation, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations; HAZWOPER and related programs preferred.
• Clear documentation and concise safety reporting skills.
• Ability to engage workers and support safety programs on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits at client facilities.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety programs.
• Deliver safety training sessions and support regulatory initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of safety activities and training records.
• Perform accident and incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with site leadership to reduce hazards and drive continuous safety improvements.
