Job summary

Helix Electric is seeking a Safety Site Manager to lead safety at our construction sites. You will promote our safety culture, conduct site audits, oversee incident investigations, and ensure EH&S compliance across operations.

The ideal candidate has OSHA 30, 5+ years of construction safety experience, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's in Safety or Engineering is preferred. Competitive base pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction safety experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Safety or Engineering preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Written and verbal skills must be strong.
• Ability to achieve goals with a sense of urgency with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support Helix safety culture and processes on the job site.
• Assist in incident investigations, site audits, and EH&S compliance.
• Assist with safety-related training and identify training needs.
• Work with site management to address regulatory issues and safety policies.
• Review safety reports for trends and suggest protocol changes.
