Helix Electric is seeking a Site Safety Manager to promote the company safety culture and lead safety at our job sites. You will support incident investigations, audits, and regulatory compliance while guiding field teams in safety practices and training.

Qualifications include OSHA 30, 5+ years in construction safety, and strong interpersonal skills. A bilingual Spanish preference is noted. This role emphasizes urgent, proactive safety leadership with reportable results.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 required.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction safety experience.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in safety or engineering preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Written and verbal skills must be strong.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support Helix safety culture and processes.
• Provide leadership and direction to the job site.
• Support incident investigations, site audits and EH&S compliance for subcontractors.
• Evaluate performance of personnel regarding regulatory issues and safety policy.
• Identify safety training needs and conduct safety-related training.
• Assist site management with close site support and medical case management.
• Ensure training completions and safety documentation are submitted as required.
• Review reports for trends and recommend protocol adjustments.
