Job summary

InnoSource is seeking a hands-on Health & Safety Coordinator to drive a proactive safety culture on site in Lawton, OK. You’ll partner with operations to maintain compliance and empower a workforce that believes safety is a shared value.

As the on-the-floor safety lead, you will update procedures, launch improvements, and deliver training while communicating safety progress to leadership and our customer.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and site safety compliance.
• Experience leading safety inspections and audits.
• Ability to conduct incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Experience delivering safety training.
• Knowledge of PPE programs and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead routine safety audits on PPE, LOTO, and housekeeping.
• Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Deliver safety training and conduct new-hire safety orientation.
• Generate monthly safety reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with operations to improve safety programs.
