Job summary

Instrata Technologies, LLC. is seeking a Project Safety Coordinator to support day-to-day safety execution across our active job sites.

You will partner with project teams to identify hazards and reinforce safe work practices, ensuring adherence to OSHA standards and company policies. You’ll document JSOs and incidents, participate in job planning, orientations, toolbox talks, and help promote a proactive safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction safety or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to document safety activities accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and observations to ensure safe work practices.
• Complete Job Safety Observations (JSOs) and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions in real time.
• Support safe execution of high-risk activities and assist with incident investigations.
• Participate in job planning, orientations, toolbox talks, and site coordination meetings.
• Escalate safety concerns and promote a proactive safety culture on site.
